The pool area was fabulous! ! A warm pool with a swim-up bar and clean surroundings made for a delightful experience. Best part? The staff was genuinely helpful and friendly.

Beware of thin walls! ! You can hear everything from neighboring rooms. I had some late-night disruptions which made sleep challenging.

The balcony view was breathtaking.

Several facilities could use an update. the rooms show signs of age with old and rusty fixtures. Additionally, noise from nearby activities, especially from the pool area, can be disruptive, particularly when the music is cranked up and rowdy guests take over the hot tub.

I had a room with a balcony and breathtaking views of the beach. it was a joy to sip my coffee each morning while soaking in the scenery. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcomed throughout my two-night stay. The hotel's close proximity to charming shops and delicious restaurants added to the overall experience. However, I wish there were more flexible policies regarding bringing food and drinks to the beach.

I really enjoyed my stay as I could easily walk to the beach and found several amazing restaurants just a few steps away, which made my city strolls delightful and filled with great food every day.

The views from the Master Suite Ocean View with Patio were stunning, and the large pool area with an onsite bar was a great touch. Service was excellent from all staff members, making our family feel welcomed and attended to. However, the bathroom in our suite could use some renovation, and we encountered limitations with the dining menu, particularly missing options like homemade ice cream that we heard about. Overall, the experience had both high points and areas for improvement.

This was just a top selection for a brief pause in Puerto Penasco with extraordinarily good value for money. The bartender at the restaurant was friendly and knew how to make a decent drink, which added a nice touch to my stay. Consider asking for extra coffee supplies if you enjoy a morning cup.

staying at penasco del sol was enjoyable. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we loved our upgraded room with a balcony that overlooked the pool and ocean. the location was great, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. drinks at the bar were reasonably priced too!

I recently stayed for 3 nights in a Deluxe Room Pool View with 2 Queen Beds, and I can't stop raving about the heated, huge pool and the delicious food at the poolside snack bar—it was just what I needed! On another note, be prepared because the check-in process was a bit chaotic, and the internet connection was spotty; thankfully, my room was comfortable. I'd definitely choose this place again!
